I can’t believe that in 2023 we still need to complain about bad internet service in hotels. This is a nice hotel but unfortunately internet service is nowhere near what should be.

The building was beautiful, very well decorated. The Gym was very impressive, offering a few amenities, however it was not stocked up and was a empty mess. The pool was very basic, but still beautiful. The sports grill downstairs was very big and inviting. My room was very clean and made up the right way. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a big white stain on our ottoman. I later go to wash my hands and the towel looked like a dog had chewed it up, I know that things like that are not supposed to still be in rotation. Did not offer free breakfast, but they did have mobile cribs, which is not common. Definitely not worth all the extra money to see a big nice entry way and use stained, and ripped up equipment

Hotel was nice. Pool area was extremely small. Only two tables

My family and I stayed here for one night and during check in we were given a room with a faulty air conditioner. In which, the front desk quickly accommodated us by switching our rooms. The only gripe I had was it appears that the sheets on the bed weren't changed because the pillow cases were dirty; hence the 3 stars! My family and I took all the sheets off the beds to ensure hopefully they would be changed with a clean set for the next guests!
