I stay in a lot of hotel rooms. …MoreLet me preface this with the following information, I am a Spire member, which the highest you can get without paying for Ambassador through IHG. I stay in a lot of hotel rooms. I was not impressed at all with the check-in procedure at all. The gentleman at first didn't even recognize my Spire status. Then we go through the typical ID and credit card exchange. I ask for the check in gift instead of bonus points, and was told that none was available at that time because some of the "ingredients" were not available, and he would bring one to my room a little later. I said ok, and began walking towards the elevator to go to my room, when he calls me back to the front desk, to give me the check in gift. Ok, whatever, so I go to the room, keys don't work. Back downstairs, new set of keys, they don't work. Back downstairs, new room assisgned, new set of keys, maintenance guy goes with me to make sure the keys work this time. On the way to the new room, we stop at the first room, he tries his master key, door opens. He then makes the comment to me that the new room I got was way nicer, and I would like it better anyways. Which brings me to my biggest complaint with IHG hotels, they never upgrade me. I'm the highest rewards tier, and have been for 8 years, and they never upgrade me. The only reason I got upgraded this time was because the door keys wouldn't work

Cómodo, limpio, y en mejores condiciones que otros Holiday Inn posiblemente. El desayuno es el mismo todos los dias sin variar. Tiene piscina y el gimnasio es de buena calidad.
