I stayed 3 nights ...

I stayed 3 nights for a conference. Called for a reservation after the published deadline to receive conference discounted rate. Reservation staff was EXCELLENT--kind, understanding, cooperative--needed support while nursing a recently broken foot. Excellent room--very clean & comfortable. Convenient handicap parking. Thanks for making being away from home for work as pleasant as possible.
