I understand COVID precautions, ...

I understand COVID precautions, but my sheets weren't changed even once in 3 weeks, and the room wasn't sweeped or vacuumed too often either. There's also a single washing machine and one dryer, which card readers don't work, and if you are lucky to find someone behind desk, they can still say no for coins. It was quite bad living in a hotel like this
